Product DescriptionInfrared Temperature Measurement System for BFS-STRONG-SR-6018-V
1. The temperature in traditional industrial furnaces (hot blast furnace, sintering furnace,heating furnace, secondary combustion chamber, Klaus furnace, etc.) is measured by thermocouple, using fabricated platinum rhodium-platinum thermocouple or double platinum rhodium thermocouple, by measuring the temperature near the insulation wall. Indirectly reflect the central temperature in the furnace.
2. The working conditions in the industrial furnace are very bad, high temperature and high pressure, the requirements of the thermocouple for the use of the environment and the limitations of its own structure, in the case of frequent temperature changes, large pressure fluctuations and vibration, result in inaccurate thermocouple temperature measurement and lagging reaction. The change of temperature in the furnace cannot be accurately reacted.
3. The thermocouple works in the high temperature range of 1200 ºC ~ 1300 ºC for a long time, and the ambient temperature of the thermocouple junction box is as high as 100 ºC ~120 ºC, making the service life of the thermocouple is very short, ranging from a few weeks to a few months, which increases usage costs and maintenance workload.
4. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, the special infrared temperature measuring device designed and produced by our company can solve the above problems well and ensure that the infrared temperature measuring system works reliably in complex environment
