Melt Flow Rate Measuring Instrument Introduction:
This instrument is based on GB / T3682 test method, used to determine the flow of thermoplastic polymers at high temperatures, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, paraformaldehyde, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluoroplastics and other polymers.
1. XNR-400B adopts industrial PLC programmable controller and LCD operation platform to display the operation.2. The machine is automatically temperature-controlled and can be operated in three ways: manual, time-controlled and automatic, and can realize two test methods: mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR).3. The machine can measure the melt density of the raw material at the test temperature, and the system also has a temperature calibration function.
